Valentine’s Day and all it brings is almost here, so take the time to celebrate the month of February with a few sweet treats. Coming up in February, Moon Library will be offereing two new and tasty programs free of charge! Take a look and don’t forget to register… especially since taste tests are involved!

Free chocolate! Need I say more? Well, just in case, here’s a description of this tasty program. “The Importance of hte Cocoa Plant” focuses on the ecology of the cocoa plant, how chocolate is processed, how to use it in recipes, and the different kinds of chocolate. This free program includes handouts, different kinds of chocolate and chocolate baked goods to sample! Know everything you need to know about chocolate before Valentine’s Day.
